Why? Because I've just spent a crazy month engaged in what has been the worst customer service debacle I've ever experienced in my life...

wow that is a serious case of ill will.. though well deserved. I had a simuler case with thompson saying i wasnt old enough(18) to smoke cigars or own a humidor lol but they charged my card anyway.. but i got it fixed after about 3 weeks. I totally understand your frustration

I still need to get one... I've got a 100ct and a 150ct now and both are jammed full... I literally couldn't fit another if I tried... I don't like cramming my cigars like that, but they were purchased in anticipation of having this one to share the load...

Sorry to hear about the misfortune. These are always listed on eBay and compared to the picture, are much smaller than they look.

I guarantee this wouldn't have happened with a BOTL Sponsor!

Start a post and list what your looking for. Im sure someone will hook you up with a incredible deal. There are many amazing guys/gals on this site.

You should contact the Better Buisness Bureau for your state and possibly the state that this place is registered in.

Better yet, you should email, not call, and inform them that you will be contacting the BBB (I say email because then you have a written record of everything). Normally once something like the BBB is issued these places become a lot more cooperativee, i guarantee you are not the first person to have this problem as they seem to have mastered the art of the run around.
