LOL. Niether would be the same as my list . To each their own. If I was to make a list with just 1 vitola per marca it would be something like...

Bolivar: Belicosos Finos
Cohiba: Lancero
Cuaba: Salomones
El Rey del Mundo: Choix Supreme
Fonseca: no 1
H. Upmann: Sir Winston
Hoyo de Monterrey: Double Corona
Juan Lopez: Selección No. 1
La Gloria Cubana: Tainos
Montecristo: especial No.1
Partagas: Serie D No.4
Por Larranga: Petit Coronas
Punch: Black Prince
Ramon Allones: Specially Selected
Rafael Gonzalez: Lonsdale
Romeo y Julieta: Short Churchill
San Cristobal de la Havana: El Príncipe
Saint Luis Rey: Serie A
Sancho Panza: Non Plus
Trinidad: Fundadores
Vegas Robaina: Unicos

Even the Estupendos?
Only tried one of them and it left me with the same impression as the rest of the line. I just do not like that marca, no matter how hard I try, except of course, for the Eminencia.

I have yet to try a good Cuaba; though this is not to write down favorite cigars, as I stated before; this is to give people just venturing into the ISOM world an idea of what's out there.

Still, that leaves no room at all for the essential Montecristo No. 2. Must-try to any cigar smoker!

I used to be a big monte no 2 fan, but I no longer reccomend them to anyone, IMHO they are just too inconsistent these days, when you get one that is on, man they are good, but lately I keep getting ho hum ones, not bad but not great.

But I agree it cuts out some essentials, I am not suggesting you use my list, just pointing out every person would probably come up with something slightly different.:waving:

It has indeed been an inconsistent cigar these last years. Though good ones are still bloody good.

I picked list B just by tastes, but as far as an intro goes, i would have to suggest list A because some of Fox's picks are discontinued.

The only changes I would make to the list is Fonseca Cosacos & RyJ Cazadores or Exibition #4

It is really to bad that it is illegal for U.S. residents to possess, buy and even smoke these cigars anywhere. Sad.

Yeah...I was going off of what I've read at that cigar review site for most of my information.

Hopefully someday the Embargo shall pass and we can all be free to get the cubans like Moro.

I guess I was in the minority on this one, but then again my experience with ISOMs are far less than my NCs... I'll just stick with the Nicaraguan crowd.
