Damn it... I just got Shangai'd in to a party. Which is ok, because we just walk a huge neighborhood with wagon full of liquor and beer, while the kids trick or treat. However that means I won't have time to smoke a cigar, much less the Frank. There will be way too many kids and parents around, and someone is sure to bitch about it. besides I want to sit and enjoy the only Frank I will probably ever have or smoke.

Was smoking an El Triunfador Lanceros last night when midnight rolled past so at least part of it was my first for the day. Draw was a bit tight, but still liked it, the first I've tried and it seemed a bit wet, maybe from rolling. Will do a Frank with a bud for sure, might do a Petite Edmundo to hold me over till he get to my house though.

I smoked my first Ashton VSG this afternoon. I won't bother with a review since you're probably all familiar with it. Overall--great smoke and worth the hype. They're out of my price range so this will be one of those "treats" like a Tat, but I think they're actually probably worth the price.

Shared the Havana Souls with my BIL and his BIL. Wow, what a great stick and they had some great age on them. Glad I split the box with Uncelino. I thought these were new since I had not heard of them before. Man was I wrong. These are a "hide in the humi" batch of sticks.
I wanted to smoke one of my Monster's last night, but they are not here yet.
I smoked a LFD Coronado after a semi spicy meal. It was the wonderful.
I ususally smoke lancero in the Coronado, but this was a Double Toro, and I enjoyed this larger vitola very much.

Enjoyed a Partagas 898 & RyJ Short Churchill while watching the Halloween costumes parading by Churchills last night. Gotta love any holiday that entices young women to parade around dressed like scantly-clad hot nurses and hookers!

First smoke of Halloween was a Bolivar RC 2003 followed by a Tat "Frank" and then to end the evening of fun and fright I smoke a fantastic H. Upp #2 2002. That Tat was outstanding!
