A buddy gave me a Ramón Allones Specially Selected the other day. Very different compared to the Bolivars I have smoked. I'm sure some of you have smoke them, what did you think?

I look them up in the usual places and the prices aren't bad.I'm tempted to buy a box.

I love the RASS. One of my first and one of my favorites.

Truly great cigars. A complete new flavour if ye're only used to Bolivar (in the Cuban world); but incredibly good as well. A must try.

I have to say I'm with Daniyal on this. I've tried ROTT to aged 10 years and I just don't care for them. But that's what makes the world a more interesting place.

Agreed. Never had a regular line RA that I liked; young or aged 10+ years. I must confess though that the regional Eminencia was quite an exception.

RASS are nice after a few years, but in that price range PLPC are way better than RASS or Monte 4s. IMHO.

I do love the Eminencia, I still have a few getting older as we speak. The rest of the line is uneventfull IMO.
