Finished the night off with an Opus#4. Suprisingly substandard for an Opus. When I removed the cedar the wrapper was damaged. It was foreshadowing a poor performance. Still better than most general or altadis smokes. Just my opinion.

Smoked my first ever pardon, a 1926. A very good little smoke, and once I warm up a bit, i think i'll head back out to smoke another. I'm looking at a tat black or something similar at this point.

The smoking didn't go as planned. Only had time for a Tat East Coast but I was able to pick up some Sharks and finally a BTL at the local B&M.

What a perfect day.

Eddie, I wish I could pick up sharks at my local b&m...lol. Not in Shreveport, that is for certain. Anyway, my smoke today was the always tasty PSD$.

Happy Gobble Gobble (its 27 past, but oh well)

An 07 release Anejo 46. Wasn't feeling good so I went home after that. Tomorrow's a big day, so I'll get a bunch in!

Big day - Started with an El Triunfador, then moved on to a Trini Coloniales, after dinner I split a Secretos with the wife... In the evening I had an Opus X PL & finished off the day with a Tat J21.

What didn't I smoke... First got to the inlaws and poured myself a nice scotch and put fire to a H.U. #2 from 2002 and it really hit the spot and started me thinking about the next cigar I was going to smoke. Now I always come prepared in case someone would like to enjoy but it was kinda cold and I couldn't persuade anyone to smoke with me and I even brought some H.U. Mag 46's with about 5yrs on them, what a bummer. The next smoke I had with a Beck's was the new My Father by DPG, this cigar was outstanding not as full as many DPG's but the flavor was some of the best he's blended yet. It was in the robusto format and it didn't have any harshness like many of the tobaccos he uses, they're wonderful but the do have some slight harshness to them but this cigar did not for me. To end the evening I poured myself some Michter's and paired that with the new H.U. Mag 50, OMG! These 2 pairing were stellar and I will have to p/u more of ea. What a fantastic smoke, I coulda eatin' the nub of this one and it woulda been wonderful because I woulda washed it down with some nectar of the Gods. I hope everyones Thanksgivings were wonderful???
