It means "Orsay's Key" in English. A key being a wharf or bank where ships are loaded and Orsay is a commune of Essonne, Île-de-France. The brand was made with the french pallate in mind: that of a pansy arse who needs a mild cigar for that's all they can handle. But if the name actually came from Orsay's Key, or from a famous avenue in Paris that goes bythat name, we don't know. What's that mean in English?
Bet ye a 3er.You just made that up!
Thanks, Moro
