Squid® has been laid low by a common head cold... Went through about 6 boxes of kleenex the past three or four days too. <G> Just letting y'all know how fun it was... HAW!

Just now getting over my dose ... I've had it all year. I thought it was over after 3 days, which is about my normal for colds, but it came back with a vengeance for another 8 days. Lots of hot fluids (tea / soup) + acetaminophen, expectorant, decongestant and antihistamine + twice daily gargle with vinegar + salt.

if its the sinuses than what works for me is vitamen c drinks in the morning and lunch then about a half a bottle of bourbon.... oh hot tub works well with the bourbon:bottle:

Squid; try a cup of ginger, beaugambille, lime and honey tea. That, orange juice, chicken soup, good sleep hours and open windows do wonders!

I too got attacked over christmas. I figured I'd have a cough for 4 weeks afterwards and ongoing congestion like my wife did. I was lucky though, must be all those "vaccines" the military pumped into my arm.
