What's your preferred cereal?

Well I myself am not really a breakfast person but I love Count Chocula what cereal do you like best?

I've been on a Cinnamon Life or regular Life kick for several months. Before that it was Special K high protein/low carb.

I quit eating cereal when I quit drinking milk................about age 10.
Although I might try my triple strong coffee with Coco Puffs, a cafe mocha with fiber.

I can capture the over 60 coffee junkies, look out Starbucks.

It's been probably 15 years since I've had that...

I usually do anything but cereal (though admitedly I did have some lucky charms recently). Yogurt & granola, breakfast bar, banana, eggs & fixins are the usual... (not all at once).. hha..

I really like cereal, Fortified Oat Flakes, Rice Krinkles, and Team Flakes were my favorite but they aren't made anymore, Rice Chex was reformulated to whole grain so it now tastes exactly like styrofoam, Kellogs Cracklin Oat Bran is made with Freakin' Palm Oil (heavy dose of saturated fat) so Frosted Cheerios would be my choice

I love Trader Joe's "Vanilla Almond Clusters," which is about 60% granola. MMMMMMM
