Not sure... Send an email to help@rim.com as they might know. Also on the Blackberry site there's a forum called "Owners Lounge" which has suggestions and answers questions.

On the subject of Blackberry's, I just love that little sucker! Once yer connected any time, any place, it's hard to give it up!

I'm not sure either. I own a BB Bold and Im pretty quick on the key pad so I never used it.

If you want to roll like the prez, it would cost a little over $3,300 and having a security clearance and dealing with the need to have certain items like this. I've seen a phone similar while stationed in Greece.

I got a slightly used Blackberry World Edition if you want it. Used it for a couple months and changed because of work.
