I just downloaded app that is called Tasting notes just go to itunes store and search it is there.



It could be better but it is a start. It has settings for:

WINE, BEER, WHISKIES, TEA, COFFEE, and CIGARS

Under cigars it has:

Name
Cigar Type
Ring Guage
Length
Price
Allows pics
and a rating area

Look
Light and Burn
Draw
Smoke
Flavor
Comments

Again it is a start, if we use it and give feed back they can make changes. This could be a great app.

which ver did you download the free "Lite" or 4.99 ver?

the lite is worthless. Only the 4.99 one has all of the tasting areas. The free one has only wine.

I downloaded the 4.99 one a while ago back in December when it was only .99 cents. I have to say I do like it, but often forget to input my thoughts on cigars in it.

I can't get the size to accept anything but whole numbers, and there are a few other things I would like to add like:

date smoked
place purchased
format of cigar

In my humble opinion...It should also have the following:
Factory Code (if applicable)
Date Code (if applicable)
Length of time in (your) humidor (if re-visiting the smoke for a follow-up review)

After palying with it you can, but you have to use the comment section. Needs dedicated slots for all of these. But this is good so far.
