My wife and I are going to take a quick trip to San Diego in early March to go to the Zoo and Wild Animal Park.

We were thinking of going over the border on one of those days. I have not been to TJ in quite a few years.

My question, are there any good smoke shops I need to hit while down there?

These are the most reputable places I know,,,any place else you are taking a risk in my opinion unless there are those who know of some other reliable Cigar Shops.

La Casa del Habano, Fifth and Revolucion.

Importadora Y Exportadora de Tabacos, this is Habanos SA

Rudys Cigar Shop sells real Habanos

You may want to wear a Kevlar vest across the border these days... LCDH was a lot better when it was in Plaza Rio, got a little suspect when it moved to Revolution.:smokingme

Rudys Cigar Shop That's it, thanks for saving my the digging. I second that, this is a great smoke shop. A little pricey if I remember but a must go.

I hear ya, I hate trying to remember a place and then trying to find out more things about it. I use to go there when I crossed the border for my cigars and I enjoyed coming to Rudys. I'd grab a handful of cubans and then stroll around the town. Buying Cuban cigars here is cheaper than buying Anejos or Opus for sure.
