Hitting the beach in a few hours wondering what to smoke.. Alfonso says some thing with age on it, I wanna smoke something sent to me by a fellow BOTL.

Black.. blue would be such a waste. Taking smirni grey though.. I think he goes down smooth.

You should not smoke an opus at the beach in high winds, period! You will not enjoy it the flavors will get disrupted and it'll be a total waste of an expensive stick. Smoke the LFD or the DPG.

That is what I was thinking.. considering it would be my first Opus I'd rather smoke it indoors and with as little distractions as possible to savour this stick.

if you were on a balcony, out of the elements, looking at the ocean, i'd do one of the nicer sticks. but out in the wind, go with the soprano. besides, it'll make you look like Tony S. !!

trust me its very hard to keep a cigar from getting too hot on the beach. i would go with something smaller.

The Cuban Classic makes a great beach smoke - the rest I'd save for indoors or 'nicer environment'.

I can't vote for any of them as IMHO, on the beach, I'd rather have a nice smooth creamy smoke. Not sure why, but it just seems to fit better on a nice sandy beach, with waves crashing, blue waters, scantly clad women walking around...yeah, smooth, creamy.
