Is it always bottles, no cans?

I've only ever been able to get the 12 oz shaped bottle here now that I have found where I can get it.

When I was in Cancun a few years ago, the resort kept the little fridge in the room well stocked for me with cans. Never tasted it before until I was there so I've got a few that I brought back with me around here somewhere.

Such a wonderful difference in taste over corn syrup.

Even though it isn't the best for a person, I usually drink one to two cans per day, I'm hooked on it.

Anyone know what McDonalds uses for their product for Coke? They have by far the best tasting Coke from a fountain machine. I could never get the machines at the theatre dialed in to get the same taste so it's gotta be something in the syrup they use. Maybe they get it from Mexico also, anyone know?

Those dispensers work with syrup mixed directly with pure sparkling water. Therefore it depends on the water quality, the proportions with the syrup and the fact that it doesn't taste of it's container (not an aluminum can nor a plastic bottle).

I was in the Mexican Rivera back just after Christmas. I had a few cokes and didn't distinguish and taste difference.

An interesting read guys

I'd call some of the Latino shops if you can't find it at the supermarkets.

Just a reminder to those who wanted to try the kosher stuff, it is now Passover and you should be able to find two liter bottles with yellow caps in the kosher section of your grocery stores. Getem while they last.

When I was in Cuba (2001, 02 & 03) they got their Coke from Mexico & it was made from cane sugar. Definitely tastes better than the Coke here.

I'm going to the store to buy some Mexican Coke right now!
They also have Mexican Sprite, but I'm not a big Sprite fan.

One of our customers is a top exec for Pepsi, they will be releasing Pepsi made with cane sugar sometime in the near future, he has brought in samples and it is surprising how much better it is, and this coming from a Coke guy.

mexico also recycles bottles religiously, so the bottle you're drinking out of is probably at least ten years old. That's why they use the thick as shit glass...

We have it at a local mexican grocery store. I love the stuff and could drink it all day long!
That's usually where I have been able to find it, they also refer to them as Bodega's.

I know you don't like Pepsi, but that new Pepsi with "cane sugar" is pretty damn good. It's called Pepsi Throwback.
