On a more serious note, I had insomnia, so...no good trying to sleep at 10:00, ended up awake 'till God knows when and know here I am!

I feel your pain before I went to Bahrain and towards the end of my stay there I dealt with insomnia, but the doctor had me on sleeping medicine so I could be on a normal sleeping schedule. I used to eat turkey, drink milk to help before I had the sleeping medicine.

I took lessons around 13 years, 7 of them being in the swim team. Not anymore. Though I am looking for rescue swimming lessons.[\quote]

I got up to 1500 meters 2 weeks ago, then missed a week of swimming when I had a cold, this week 1400 meters twice.

So when did you start again? And don't you ever go to school or work? You're here all the time it seems.
