in cuffs. round one over. walk him out of the bathroom and his sister ran up behind me and demanded my attention. as i'm now dealing with her, he breaks free and lands a beautiful roundhouse kick to my right eye. ding ding. round 2.
Ah grasshopper learned valuable lesson. Ignore women! hehe
yeah, right! as she's climbing on my back! i'm fine. 1" laceration below the eyebrow. doesn't even come close to Chuck's! my pride is hurt more than anything. at work right now finishing up the report.

young black kid from chicago. everyone in the world is a racist. big time attitude! he's sent to the office for being disruptive in class. leaves office to go to the bathroom. fails to go to the bathroom and is contacted "socializing" with a couple females. refuses to follow staff instruction to go back to the offie.
enter deputy.
i tell him to come with me to the office. he tells me, "wait your turn" and walks off. i follow. i contact him standing in front of a urinal, "So you're going to fucking watch me pee?" answer: "yep. then i may handcuff you and we'll go to the office." he finishes peeing, and turns toward me (less than 2 feet away). "Get the fuck out of my way" as he drives his shoulder into me. i push him back, he comes back, both fists clinched. i punch him very hard, center chest. he falls back. i step in, push one shoulder, pull the other. quickly, he's turned around. "put your hands behind your back..." gets checked into the wall. "put your hands behind your back..." into the wall again. i get his left hand in a wrist-flex, and cuffed. his right elbow comes back and connects with my lower right jaw. i grab his right arm, extend it out, apply pressure to the back of his elbow, and he hits the floor HARD, laying on his stomach. i have his right hand in a wrist-flex, telling him to give me his left hand. he says, "okay. i quit. i quit." gives me his left hand (with cuff still attached). he's cuffed, helped up, and escorting out of bathroom.
scene 2.
his sister starts screaming, "let go of my brother..." is running up on me from behind. our grounds man is standing there and i tell him to keep her off me. at this point, shithead goes beserk, swinging elbows which are connecting into my midsection. he breaks free of my grasp and takes a step back. i close the distance and BAM, he freaking kicks me in the face! well, he hits the ground hard again. he goes to the hospital. i decline treatment.
i'm a little sore today. right knee, right wrist. eye is fine. swelling is nearly gone. no bruise. he had a few decent lumps on his face, and a possible broken wrist.
he's facing felony charges.
