I came here originally to find out if this was run by the jackasses that run "The Brothers of the Leaf" group on facebook, but apparently it is not because when I asked in their forum, they said this site is going to be shutdown for using their copyrighted name.

As for another site, this one has been around for almost 5 years. Its funny, but anyone can claim "it's my name", but the proof is in the pudding. You will find this site is not into drama and this is a site that encourages knowledge, brother/sisterhood and smoking great cigars!

I work in the IT field as a Network Engineer, have been a member of the Cigar Aficionado group on Facebook for about a year and just recently been introduced to different brands and also bought my first humidor.

My humidor is currently stacked with 1 box of CAO CX2s, 1 box of Punch Champions, 1 box of Punch Rothschild and a few single sticks. Besides for those, my brother got me a gift of the Secret Stash II and Powerhouse S-22 from Thompson Cigars. I do most of my purchases through Famous-Smoke and watch the dailies on Cigar International.

I am still a newbie smokers, but at the moment, I would think something along the lines of a CX2 really does well on my taste buds. My average stick costs 7 - 10 dollars (decent price range for my current budget).

Funny you mention this because BOTL.org has a facebook page. BUT I can assure you they weed out the occasional jackass looking for trouble within the 1st five post. The guys n gals on this site are all 1st class folks with tons of knowledge about cigars.
