seasoning trays

i just got a shelf and a tray from MTMouse for my wine fridge. do i need to season these? or can i put them in and let them acclimate with the cigars? i have an cigar oasis XL with a 1/2lb of heartfelt beads already, and it is a rock solid 65%.

In a large tupperware or small cooler with some beads. Just like a humi.

Maybe your local B&M will let you keep them in there humi for a few days, the trays that is... just a thought.

Always season cedar or it drains RH from yer cigars (unless ye have enough beads, which in turn will dry up)

I doubt you'll have a problem with an Oasis and some beads in there, if your worried about it. stick the tray in a large plastic bag with a hygrometer and see if it sucks all the humidity out of the bag. If your hygrometer dosn't drop sharply, it's not a concern anyway.
