Ron,

I have a question, how long can cigars be stored in the clear tubes if they are placed in a humidor. I'm curious because I would image that the lack of air circulation in these tubes wouldn't be to healthy for the aging process.

I don't know if these are as much for storage as they are for shipping/short term holding like on the golf course or something.
Thats what I use mine for giving them to a buddy to hold their cigar when we head over to the local B&M as I only have a 2 cigar, cigar caddy. But it got me thinking if anyone actually uses these for storing cigars. I also put some cigars in there when I gave them to a couple of buddies who graduated from grad school with a water pillow in a baggie. But I was wondering how long they could keep them in there for. Do you think a month or two would be safe?

Those tubes look pretty cool. I'll have to order a few.
Although not designed for long term storage I doubt it would hurt. They're air/watertight so whatever the moisture content of the cigar is would be maintained.

I've ordered 3 and I love them and the price can't be beat. I think I will be placing an order for 20 next month.

Storing cigars in an airtight tube would slow down the aging process. So if you stored a cigar in an airtight tube for 10 years, it would taste like a younger cigar when smoked.

These are the most airtight tube that I have run across. You should be able to store a cigar in them for months without any humidification. I have smoked cigars that have been in them for 1 month, and they were perfect. In about 4 weeks, I will have some cigars that have been in the tubes for 3 months. I am certain that they will smoke great too.

From smokingIsh -" Ron is a friggin' genius. Every brother on here should order at least 20 of these bad boys. They are great!!!"

I couldnt agree more.

Sorry, thats the biggest size that I could find.
