As Moro can attest, I usually don't go to bed till the wee hours of the morning anyway, he and I are on the site at times very late. So the transition to 12 hour days on second shift wasn't that big of a deal, it's the 9th thru 12th ours that are tough at work and the 55 minute ride home.

Yeah, I had a rotating shift back in the day. Worked for an oil company, days one week, afternoons the next week and then dreaded midnight shift the last week. Had an hour commute too! Found a bar after getting off at 7 AM that serve a shot/beer for .75 cents. A few of them and it was easy to fall asleep.

It'll get better!

I tell ya, Thursdays suck, I'm just so worn out from four 12 hour shifts and the hour each way drive. But the check this week didn't suck!!! My legs are jelly, my back is fused together, my brain is mush, my hands feel like feet, my feet...God my feet hurt, did I say the check didn't suck?
