That's funny - I just graduated from UNC in December! I've been going to the Manor ever since I started smoking - they've been invaluable in helping me develop my tastes. Michael and Tom are great! We should go sometime. Have they gotten a franchise in Greeley yet? I knew they were working on it....
Cool! And I don't know what the status is on the one in Evans -- I know Chef was working on it for a while, but I think it kinda fizzled out.
Thursday afternoons work best for Manor trips - I've got work on tuesday, friday, and saturday at Edward's. By the way, you should check out Edward's! Awesome shop, too.
