Hey Tom. The shops at 157 and N. Greenoaks and the shop in Grapevine are owned by the same family that owned the Tobacco Lane shops in Six Flags Mall. There's a great shop called Tobacco Road on Cooper, south of 303 in Arlington.WOW! Y'all know how to make a body feel welcomed. I am enjoying the site already. Thank You!
Can't really say that I frequent any B&Ms these days. I live in the Mid-Cities (Colleyville) and the closest B&M is Taboo's store in NRHs. There used to be a great tobacco store in Six Flags Mall in Arlington that I would waste a considerable amount of time and $$$ at back in the late 80's. It is long, long gone now. Have stopped in at B&Ms in Bedford, Grapevine and Southlake..... good, helpful people there.
Thanks for the info Brazilla. Next time I am down around 303 and Cooper I'll make a point of finding and visiting Tobacco Road. Use to routinely stop by the Half Priced Books in the area when I was working down there.Hey Tom. The shops at 157 and N. The Tobacco Road is just down the street (south) from Half Price...on the right, just before the big Vacuum cleaner store.
It's a nice 2-story shop, and Paul (the manager) is awesome.
Hey Jay, hope to run into you some time. No way I can be there this week.... or even this month the way things are looking. Thanks for the recommendation. It is making me try to figure out a reason to be down that way.I don't like that store, oh wait, I'm a member... It's awesome!!! In fact, I'll be there a good bit this week.
