Hey guys,

I heard that laws about visiting Cuba have been somewhat relaxed. Is that true? Has anyone here ever visited? If so, were you able to visit and of the great factories/plantations? I'd love to go on a tour.

I also want to visit the DR and the Chateau de la Fuente. Do they offer tours/is it possible to visit?

Final question regarding Tat cigars. They are all rolled in Miami correct? So, there's nothing special of Tat's outside the US to see other than a tobacco field somewhere?

I'll be going on a 1 year world tour after college and I'm planning my South & Central America leg.

Thanks,
Jacob

Tatuaje, as Bob said, are rolled in Nicaragua as well. Estelí, Nicaragua. Cuba does allow one to go to the factories (and it's a fantastic tour!), and also, at the begining of each year there's the Habano Festival. I'm not sure how it'd be for the Tat factory, though...or the Oliva, or whichever ye try and get into. I don't think it'd be too difficult for the Oliva, at least.
