Looking for free but good malware software...

Hey Brothers,

Like a complete moron I deleted my malware software on my computer. I'm looking for some advice on a good but free malware software to run with Windows Defender! Let me know what you all have had success with, thanks.

I'm assuming you are not looking to run the malware itself....cause that just wouldn't be smart. But if I'm wrong, I hear the Conflickr is a very robust application...

No I'm not running a malware app by itself. I am looking to run it in conjuction with something else. Thanks for the recommedation though!

Sophos would be my suggestion for a 99% complete solution. You could also get your boston to guard the internet for you. I have a boston as well. They are the coolest dogs ever.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
It's saved my comp many a time! This in conjunction with bit defender and your comp is virtually indestructible

I've been running SuperAntiSpyware + Spybot Search & Destroy + Avast! Antivirus for about a year now.
No virus or malware problems.

I run Avast and Ad Aware...I also had to use Malwarebytes once for an issue and kept it on my PC's just incase I get locked up again. Avast and Ad Aware work great together and are both free. Just have to get new key codes once a year and they remind you to do so...good luck!
