Sweet, The Mahavishnu Orchestra and Return to Forever were huge favorites of mine. The "Live at The Greek" show 1994 with Stanley Clarke, Larry Carlton, Billy Cobham, Najee and Deron Johnson is a great show if you can get your hands on it.

Yeah, I remember when I was like 7, I was at my grandmother's house. My uncle and his friends were listening to the Beatles, unc sat me behind his drum kit and showed me the basic Ringo beat. Loved music ever since.

I'm quite surprised in your eclectic taste in music considering your age. very cool.

Well, what is everyone listening to lately? When I'm not listening to the Wiggles with my 3 year old, I have been listening to a lot of Debussy lately. Very unlike me, most classical music I listen to involves copious amounts of loud brass playing. Maybe I'm mellowing in my old age now that I just turned 40.

I've been on a Steve Earle and Bob Dylan kick. I have almost reached the 17,000 song plateau on my ipod so at work I will usually put it on random.
