Ding ding we were told total run was 6000 sticks the remaining 2000 disappeared within 6 days. The over runs - guess though only happen on the small batch stuff. They just can't produce the exact amount. Good news is that it is a rare enough cigar and not many know about the over runs so there hasn't been 100 000 of them on the black market.

I don't know what you are talking about. Hey I have some Behikes for sale. $80 for a fiver. Its the real thing, not that barber pole crap. You know they are good because they use lots of little peices of long filler for better burning characteristics.

Is the Behike really the "40th anniversary" cigar? I knew it was released to commemorate the origins of the brand but had no idea that it had been dubbed as such.

40th Anniversary humidor as far as I know; 40 Behikes per humidor, released 2006 when Cohiba turned 40...makes sense as well.
