Ding ding we were told total run was 6000 sticks the remaining 2000 disappeared within 6 days. The over runs - guess though only happen on the small batch stuff. They just can't produce the exact amount. Good news is that it is a rare enough cigar and not many know about the over runs so there hasn't been 100 000 of them on the black market.
Sounds like a business opportunity. :devilhead

And I agree on the faking factor; unlike the Espléndidos which are regular production.

Is the Behike really the "40th anniversary" cigar? I knew it was released to commemorate the origins of the brand but had no idea that it had been dubbed as such.

40th Anniversary humidor as far as I know; 40 Behikes per humidor, released 2006 when Cohiba turned 40...makes sense as well.
