Another new offering from none other than one, Dion Giolito. At the same time I scored the MJ12, I was able to snag two packs of the Cuchillos Cubanos (47/46) and must say it is a fantastic value and smoke. Even though its a 60/40 Picadura blend, the double binder helps it remarkably hold the ash. It is reminiscent of all the smokes that come out of that factory and instantly took over as my favorite value stick.

All the packs are under $20 bucks and the cool Davidoff-esque slide top boxes are kick ass.

Here are some pictures:

Again, sorry about the crappy photos!

sounds aweesome! what sizes have you tried and which do you prefer?
I have tried the 47s and the 46s, both are similar in flavor with the 46 getting the nod. Again, I have only had one of each and I want to smoke through all the packs before deciding on a favorite. Let's just say if you are looking for a nice value smoke and like tats/illusiones this will be an instant classic.

For example, gave one to a friend and his first guess was Illusione... then tat... then I told him. He said he will be buying these up as soon as he sees them.

Interesting!!! How many per box?
4 for the churchills (47s)
5 in all the others (40s/42s/46s)

I just saw these and was about to post about them...glad to hear they are good! Time to order a 5er! I think I'll try the 46, that's the one that stood out and you said they were good. I might pick up a 42 as well, though...they're so cheap!

Picked up the 32s (9 per pack) and the 40s (5 per) last night. The 32s are kinda soggy, so off with the cello and in the humi they went. Smoked a 40 last night and it was a really good stick in a great petite corona size. In a blind test I'm sure anyone would be fooled into thinking it was a regular Illusione blend, maybe a tad bit milder. For the price, impossible to beat.
