the wedding and reception are over. went off without a hitch. had fantastic weather and everybody was happy. still have a crap load of work to do to get everything cleaned up, straightened up and put away. but that's the price you pay for doing things yourself to save cash!
i was able to spend some time during the reception outside with the new son-in-law and my best riding buddy savoring mitch's '55s. also had a few sips out of the flask from bro greg. so the brotherhood was represented!
thanks again for all the well wishes. hope when your time comes...and it will..you can have as good a day as we had.

Glad to hear it went as planed, and that you had some time to relax and enjoy a smoke as well.

Congratulations once more. So how many tears did you shed? I get misty when my daughter gives a speech, I can't imagine what it'll be like walking her down the aisle.

the couple is headed for jamaica for their honeymoon. too bad bill. i think they had it planned before you signed on. too bad! it was all really just kind of surreal. we were talking and then all of a sudden she said, that's the song, we gotta go! small church and short walk so didn't have time to think. then before you know it, it's over. some of youse guys have a LOT to look forward to!

Congrats Bob. With my occupation, I am blessed to see quite a few of these shindigs, and they do fly by. Glad that you have some great memories of the night.
