let me put it this way. Caddy,Extreme, and Xikar are well established US companies. once you start looking at other brands, you have to start being concerned about poorly made knockoffs. for example, i can go to china and get a Xikar look-a-like for about half of what they would typically cost me. but what happens if gaskets are lousy, or hinges break, or clasps break.

check out what cigarsolutions.com has.... As Ron said, stick with a well established brand. They are not that expensive and will be worth it.

For my 15 ct. travel humi I just use a boveda pack, the one I have has been in there for months and still going strong.

Nae. Check the humidity beads in either Heartfelt Industries or Cigarmony and ye'll see what we mean. They're silica beads that absorb AND desorb RH.

the 5 cigar comes with a foam humidifier that should not be used. put a Humidipak in there. I have them on my site
