So today I wake up and feel terrible, we are talking stomach virus, food poisoning, something along those lines.... So after a while of that I decided to have my first smoke of the day, an Opus X, my first Opus ever.... I took my husky to a park that we had to hike to then lit this fine cigar. It started out good, then I ran into a little uneven burn which was soon corrected. About half way through it started to rain... Walking back to my truck for cover I thought it couldn't get too much worse than this, but as these stories always go, it did. Undercover I decided, for my band collection that I was hoping to turn into some kind of art project, that I would carefully remove the band. Of course that didn't go well and the band almost ripped in half. I figured it would be ok if I used for an end or something. After packing everything up I headed home to put the band safely with the others only to find out that someone (I may not be completely innocent here, we have yet to determine the culprit but the investigation continues) placed a rather large and heavy amount of books into the basket I keep my bands. I removed the books to find that, not only I had one ripped Opus band in my hand, but I also had tons of crushed, wrinkled and torn Tatuaje, Anejo and Illusione bands where my fine collection was resting. The rest of the day followed along those same lines so I will not bore you any longer. I guess I was not cut out for art projects or it will just have to hold off a few more months until I restock! RANT OVER!:sadpace:
