for that price, just buy it, you can't get the Teak and labor that cheap.
good teak is about $25 for a board foot, so I am guessing 40-50 board feet if you build it solid, then the labor.

and the drawers don't make good humidors, unless you just keep them in there for the party and then take them back inside, but out there you can't control the temp/humidity good enough.

but it is a sweet unit, maybe I do have to build one for my patio
