Does your insurance cover this?I try to see a chiropractor. I think that is your best bet.
Left, and the pain sometimes reaches the buttock. Is it all over or left/right specific?
Yeah, I happened to sneeze very hard while I was bending over to pick something up.do you recall doing anything that set it off or did it just happen?
Thanks man....got some Motrin and IcyHot pads, and I'm lying my back on the floor every 20 minutes. It seems to be doing some help.crap. that doesn't sound particularly good. if you're not able to get to a dr, the best thing right now is to hit the ibuprofen pretty hard, two 3 times a day, and get some ice on your back for fifteen to twenty minutes at a time every hour or so.
As someone who in the past has dealt with back pain, I would agree with that......see a doctor before you go to a Chiropractor to ensure there's no structural damage that could worsen with a readjustment.
Sometimes they do. It depends on you coverage. Check with your provider & ask they should be able to help you out.Does your insurance cover this?
