So I had problems before with these guys shipping to me before. They are the only company that has problems shipping to my place. The camera I bought is being shipped FedEx (I Hate them so much!) :tongueout so I call them to give them detailed directions, its on a friggin street corner and the only residence in the area, not hard to find!!! So they don't deliver it so I call to setup a pickup at thier terminal. I call ahead this morning to make sure it was pulled so that I can pick it up. So I go to the FedEx (I HATE THEM!!!) :angeryell to pickup my package and guess what! They pulled the wrong damn package! I sgined for it before I noticed the name was wrong and thier response was I signed for it so that package is mine now, WTF! And to top it off they do not know where mine is now. I swear I will never use that piece of crap companey ever! I will pay extra shipping to never have them ship to me, I hope the company burns down so I can piss on the ashes! ARGH! :argh:

I too have had better luck with shipping with USPS, if it's that rare occasion I prefer to use UPS.
Of course you have no way of controling what the company uses to send items back to you....very frustrating at times.

Damn! That really sucks... big time! Why don't you try talking to the manager or something, like, really piss on his face and make him notice that you still want your friggen camera and make him make sure you wont be using FedEx ever again. They have to know they suck big time. They can't just keep doing that.

I did talk to the manager and let him know his driver is a retard. He knew I was pissed and disapeared. I just called and they said the driver found the package on his truck and it will be at my place in an hour. I will not hold my breath.

I have been using FedEx for years. FedEx is GREAT if you are a business, and you are dealing with documents. Shipping to a residence is a complete joke. If something is being shipped to my home, I only us UPS and USPS.

The worst part is that I have the same troubles with UPS as well. My place is in the middle of nowhere, and the plant is over 20 miles away. They always lose stuff or send it to the wrong place. I have been calling companies after I place any orders and telling them to send everything USPS cause atleast it gets there. eventually

Other than the occasional notice on the door about a delivery attempt even we were home. And we got a dog so IF you would have knocked or rang the bell, we WOULD have heard you.
As for FEDEX, it seems to help that one of our neighbors seems to drive for them. I don't think our street is his route but still

I had a $30.00 sampler of cigars that they lost, and still haven't found and I was about ready to go kick somebody's ass. I was pissed and still am, atleast the company is going to send me another sampler at no cost, and expedite teh shipping.
