I have purchased Spanish Cedar in the past and cut it to the specific lengths and widths I had needed and of course, not having the right tools, I am usually an 1/8th inch off in some direction where I could get it to fit but I have to squeeze it in, sand it off (which I end up rounding it off somehow) or add spacers or extra glue to make up the difference. I need to pick up some more cedar for another little project and do not want to have to spend 2 days screwing it up over and over lol. I only need 6 pieces of 1/4" cedar cut into 2 - 13 1/2" x 1 13/16" and 4 - 8 5/8" x 1 13/16".... Is anyone willing to do this for me? I will obviously pay you for your time and material, I don't feel like going out to get a table saw to cut 10$ worth of wood....... :dunno:

There used to be a guy here who makes custom trays and things out of cedar. I haven't seen him post lately.
Yea, I read a lot about that, I was hoping Wade :eyepoke: or just someone with Cedar and the correct tools would be willing to do this. I figure 10-15 minutes for them 2 days for me lol, a circular saw on a board just over 1 1/2" isn't a good idea, believe me lol

Justin what are you trying to make? I may already have what you seek!

I bought my 2nd CAO Lx2 humidor the other day and the shelves that come in it only have 3 sides, great for lanceros but not so good for maximizing storage of shorter sticks. The last one I bought I cut a side for each shelf and a couple dividers also. I will wait until later on tonight before just ordering the wood again and doing my best not to cut my fingers off.

Well I went through with ordering the cedar, it should be here tomorrow. I now have a project this weekend, small but I assure you it will be frustrating. I will let you know how it came out and I will do my best not to loose fingers during the process (not easy to bag bombs with bloody nubs I assume) :blob:
