I wanted to thank Matt w/ Avallo Humidors and RonC for helping me with the process of picking out my humidor.

I present the Avallo 1200:

Now comes the enviable task of filling her up!

It's "supposed" to hold 150 singles and 30-40 boxes. We'll see... I've got a LONG way to go.

Coolest nightstand I've ever seen!!!

Is that the 1200?

We want to see pics when you fill it up too!!
Thanks! That is correct, it's the 1200 deluxe. I'm going to give it 48 hours before I start putting smokes in

I've been a blooz musician for quite a few years now. I do guitar and lead vocals in a power blues trio. I haven't done quite as much gigging since my son was born ( He's 3 1/2 now) but I do get out every now and then to scratch that nagging itch from my soul!

The guitars on the wall, were left to me by my father when he passed shortly after Katrina.

The dobro is a 1931 National Dobro with rounded neck, and a nice Hawaiian design on the back.

The acoustic is a 1931 Martin Parlor (short) guitar. It's the best sounding acoustic I own.

The Fender picture in the middle:

A friend of mine bought me a '52 re-issue "Mary Kaye" (not the makeup chick). It was the only run authorized by Mary Kaye herself. The guitar came with a card from the Fender Masterbuilder, and another signed by Mary Kaye herself, along with a picture of the Mary Kaye Trio. I had it all framed and matted, and hung it up there!
