Round & Square, there is a slight difference of flavor. Plus the amount of cedar contact is going to make a big difference. There is more cedar surface area for them to rest on......A good ager....

The fun project is going to be tested for about six months before doing anything with it. I am playing with Cojonu 2003 Wet Packed in foil paper like my Havana Cazadores......
Right now only six boxes exist.......

What I like about you, Pete, is that you really seem to be in this for the joy and the art of it, as opposed to just the business aspects. A postmodern type like me finds that very cool. Not to mention that you make some of the best cigars I've smoked, lol.

Thursday sounds great! I was planning on heading out there on that day anyway!

We'll see if we can't get a little group together!
Hey Guys feel free to swing on by the shop on Thursday. We're having an Ashton Even that night though so the place will be pretty packed.

Hey, is this Kent, or someone else at the shop? (Not that it matters I guess).

I just wanna say that of all the people I've ever met at all the cigar shops I have ever been in all around the country, Kent is hands-down the nicest and most personable cigar shop guy I've met.

I don't frequent the shop very often since it's on the other side of town from me, but I do enjoy going over there every once in a while. Good shop with a GREAT owner.

That's a great gesture on your part ES, most people only have something to say that's negative about their retail experiences....if you have never worked retail, it ain't easy my friends!

....and the customer ain't always right!

ES thnx for the kind feedback. I try to provide the kind of shop I look for when I travel and couldn't be more pleased than when folks have a positive experience.

The Cuadrados have been a huge hit, should get the second shipment soon (almost out of the first). I'd love to hear folks feedback on them.

I know some think Pete has put out too many small production smokes recently. Being in the business, I see it a bit differently. I think we are all lucky to see the great smokes and Pete making the time to get them out. As his company grows, the small batch stuff will become harder and harder to give attention to.

I truly appreciate Pete making the time to pull off a favor like this.

Feedback: This is one phenominal stick! I have not had a traditional Noella yet but the Cuadrado is spicy, sweet, cedary (is that a word) and it is creamy for the lat 2/3 of the stick. Lots of smoke, great draw. It is like cigar crack!

I just bought another box, and if funds permit I will be buying a few more from the next 100 boxes.
