I feel that it is my patriotic duty to make this known, the white house is asking for help, it needs snitches....it doesn't make mention of a monetary reward, maybe it could be negotiated?

Nice job pointing that out. It is a shame the government doesn't want incorrect information being passed around. Everyone should just continue spreading misleading or unfounded information. It is best for Americans to talk about things that are not true and get these fallacies spread around by word of mouth.

Remember what happened last time the President misled Congress and the American public? Something about a war I believe. Yeah, lets keep the public misinformed just because it doesn't jive with your political views. That sounds very democratic.

The government officials who are making the bill and know what is or what is not in it. Or what effects it will or will not have on something. You can send them something that is true too if you think it might not be accurate. It is better to be safe then sorry.

Why are people against having the correct information out? Don't you want people to be able to make informed decisions based on the actual truth and facts of the matter?

yes i would like that too. that's why i would direct my QUESTIONS to a writer of the bill, or my congressman.

what i wouldn't do is send 'fishy' information about that bill to a nameless faceless email address attached to the white house.

I laughed when I read that. Government officials vote on this crap without even reading it, how the hell do they know what its about? They have no idea that what they are doing right now is destroying our country. The fact that the government wants citizens to rat out other citizens likens back to what Hitler and Stalin did. How can you trust anything the government does? they are not looking after us, they are doing what they can to keep thier power and gain more. There are all kinds of scandals where government officials have put out false information purposely, its all a means to an end. The fact that they want citizens to single out someone so they can silence them is BS. The current administration will not stop until they have complete control over us all and totally destroy our economy and our great country.

So I should trust the people putting out shoddy information for their own gains of power and money? Trust the guy who gets the 50 million dollar bonus if he can shave costs by 1.5%? Okay, that makes sense.

Someone must have read the bills, otherwise how would I have found out that the government is gonna put to death anyone over the age of 55 and will put the rest down when they turn 55. That is right, at 55 they will kill you. So what if the people that told me that work at Pfizer and their wife at Aetna. They are the ones looking out for us, with no intention of profiting from it.

Both sides are in it for themselves.

That assumes that those making the bill actually read it! Mr. Obama said he isn't even going to read the bill. Truthfull, I doubt any of them, Republican, Democrat, Independent, really know what is in the bill.

My problem is that politicians get irritated when they are questioned about something they are proposing. Last time I checked, this country was founded because we questioned the fact of being taxed or governed without representation. Citizens revolted and brought forth a government that is supposed to be of the people, by the people and for the people.

You have elected officials chastising the public when they are confronted with statements made by Ms. Pelosi, Mr, Reid, Mr. Biden and Mr. Obama on the National Media level. That's right, each has made conflicting statements about the bill. So, do they know what is in the bill?

I as a United States Citizen, who served this great nation in the Military, have a right to question my elected officials. I even have a right to voice those opinions on any forum that I choose to, whether it is a written, drawn or spoken opinion. It is a right that is guaranteed by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. That is a right that some would like to take away from us.

Also the Administration is irritated that a comedic picture was placed all over a city. Funny, it's not so funny since it's on the other foot is it now, Mr. Obama?
I am not bashing Mr. Obama. I would not want his job for any amount of money, but last November he was elected to take office as President of the United States. In January, he became the President, but he is still accountable to all the people of this Nation. People can and will make their opinions known about him, as well as all elected officials. I personally don't care about Bush, Clinton, Bush Sr, Carter or any other past president. They aren't in office anymore.

First the only way to know what is actually in the Bill is to read it yourself. I have read some of it (60-70 pages) and some of what is in there will scare you if you value your freedom and liberty. Reading even part of the Bill will mean you know more about it than your Congressperson in most cases. The Bills are written by lawyers and reviewed by lawyers, very few congresspeople actually read the Bill.

Second why on earth would you want the government to get into more industries/areas? For the most part government is inefficient. Having worked in a couple of government offices the waste would blow your mind. Government is necessary but our founding fathers who fled an oppressive government realized it should be limited.

I have a problem with government infringing on my rights period. The republicans and democrats are all crooks. It seems that all they use our constitution for anymore is to wipe thier rear ends. Bush was punch drunk crazy with his spending. Obama wants to increase that 100fold plus gouge us of our rights. Not to mention now he wants to increase EVERYONE'S taxes. I do not care who is in power, I care about my rights and freedoms.
