Noticed that cigarmonster.com is doing their version of the Jambalaya today. You can paste in this address into the channel box and it will stalk cigarmonster.com too.

Well, we had our 2nd Jambalaya day on CI's site yesterday. Discovered a lot of bugs and added some features. The only sucky thing is everytime I roll out a new version it wipes out your alerts list. I'd spend time to fix it, but I don't plan on adding much more. I now got the little bar to show how many is left before the next item comes up.

New version: I added the ability to get e-mails/texts on all the deals. So each time the deal changes you will be notified. :glassesgr

I have some interest in doing some iPhone apps...but you need a mac to use their xcode stuff. :frown:

For us computer fools, do you have to leave the screen open on your computer to get the emails, or once you download, add the names and close it, will it work?

Yes, you have to leave the program running. You can minimize, but don't close or it will not notify you.

Ok, I've re-written this application. It will monitor a few sites rss feeds and e-mail/text you. The website isn't up, but the application is available for download.

It will now sit in the systray when minimized. Oh, and it still runs on XP, Vista and Windows 7.

Thanks a lot for making the app... it sure is great when the Jam is going on!

Question though... how can we monitor both joe cigar and the monster at once? I can only click the drop down box and monitor one or the other... From what I can tell we can't, right?

Hi, yes the new version will monitor joecigar.com, cigarmonster.com and cigar.com's daily deal. The old version was only one or the other. New version runs much better as well.

For those not able to get e-mail on your phones:

a. Get a new damn phone.
b. Use E-mail to SMS gateway http://www.accutracking.com/sms-email.html

Tested and working fine... great app!
