I was responding to a comment from CWS the moderator (on first page of thread). He's basically saying there are risks when ordering Cubans online; you can possibly get fake ones.

No, you can possibly get fined megabucks and or go to jail....that's what he is trying to say. Some have found it prudent not to broadcast illegal activities over the internet is all.

There is a branch of the US Treasury. OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Cobtrol) and they take it very serious.

It is not ridiculous because that is the job that the OFAC is meant to do. Just because we are in bad economic time doesn't mean they should not do there job. Now I don't agree with what they are hire to do, but it is a law.

Now for the posting of CC's on this thread, we are just making sure you know the risks of doing so. You can post pics all you want.
