Tonight was a great night! I got to meet Eddie Ortega, part of the duo that brings us 601 and Cubao. He was a cool guy. We got him to play a Texas Hodem tournament where the buyin was one of his cigars. Yup I took him out! It is always cool to meet the owner of a brand and ask him those burning questions we all have. Also I got talked into buying a box of the Greens even though money is tight (264.00 after CA taxes and a 20% discount holy crap!) but the first 7 to buy a box have been invited within the next few months to go down to Nicaragua to see DPG's new factory! All I will have to pay is my airfare and they will keep us fed, in a hotel, take us on a tour, and keep a cigar in our hands. Now I just need to save up the air fare and get a passport. We should get the date within a month of when we will be heading over, I am really looking forward to it.
