I know they're expensive, $44 for the Oliva is a lot. I think right now I have 14 ceramic ashtrays. My name is Wade, and I have an ashtray problem!

Just an accessory. Just like cutters, tubes, lighters...all of them are status symbols in my opinion...but it could be worse...this one is only $1,500...but it also comes with a lighter! Great deal!!!

I use my drive way or I use this 2x4 that I drilled a hole in and chiseled out a slot for the cigar to rest into. Kind of red neck of me. But I can not smoke inside so I do not really need one.

I saw the Tat ashtray on ebay the other day for like a $100. WTF, you get those for free, same with oliva ashtrays, just ask a rep after you buy a box. I enjoy a nice looking ashtray, but give me a break.

its amazing how cheap that a lot of these cigar accessories can be bought for at a wholesale level. Then the branding and packaging happens, and a $6 item turns into a $20 item. I see this a lot with lighters.

I have the first ashtray I ever bought, a 3-Finger job that came with a pleather case and a 25 Count Humi from Thompson (yeah, yeah, I know...). I have one that my son made me in ceramics that is my go to and a small one which I picked up at Tommy Bahama.

I too am relegated to the deck or to the porch so I need one that if it hits the ground well, it just hits the ground.

I am in the market though for a CAO (football shaped).

I just mean to say that you often can get these at events as part of a swag pack. If you go to an event say you meet a rep, ask if he can hook you up with an ashtray when you buy your box. Often times these ashtrays come with the box sales at events etc...

The only ashtray I want in the CAO cubist. But for $99.00 on ebay, I think not..
I do not get many cigar events here and the wife hollars if I ash on the garage floor so I do now own a TAT ashtray.

Wish I could sell it for $100, then I would buy another :)
