Viaje cigars

I just got a call form a friend of mine in the ATL, and he just had the 50/50, and said it was a very good cigar. Anyone ever had one.

I just smoked the oro torpedo and was not very impressed. It is the full bodied 50 in the new 50/50 that I read about.

They are made by Tropical.

I smoked the small one this week and liked it... it was like lighting up a second stick half way. Will be interested to try the rest of the ones I have.

Right on, I read about Viaje a few months ago and am really wanting to try these as well. If you don't mind, I'll be curious about which you prefer.

had one about 2 months ago(i think) from the platinum line... liked it quite a bit...

then I had one of the limited ones... also platinum... quite nice as well... good flavors, and not a bad price, but I'd rather have an Illusione if I have the choice.

I live in Atlanta,,,and they have them at one of my haunts. The Oro is good but the Platino is better for me as it is full bodied smoke. Either one is worth the money IMHO.

Just had the 50/50 last night in the corona size. It is billed as a medium cigar that turns into a full cigar. But to me it was a full cigar that turned into a fuller cigar. I thought the first half was tasty but I didn't care too much for the second half. I didn't really notice the "abrupt" change from one blend to another as billed, but I was at my b&m yapping away...

I haven't had the 50/50 but I have had both the Platino and the Oro. I preferred the platino and look forward to trying the 50/50. I think they are a good line of cigars.

Had the Platino here as well and it was a good smoke. The 50/50 sounds interesting, but not in a "must have" kind of way.

Right on, I read about Viaje a few months ago and am really wanting to try these as well. If you don't mind, I'll be curious about which you prefer.

I like the Oro over the Plat, but the 50/50 is it's own thing... I took mine and let it sit in the humidor after the IPCPR show for a while before smoking it and very much enjoyed it.

It's got that Nicaraguan currant undertones and subtitles, but it took me a couple to figure out what was going on with the blend.

Viaje is a line of cigars I have been looking for but haven't seen yet. I have been very interested in trying one and after watching a video on the 50/50 it peaked my interest in the brand even more. The 50/50 is a very interesting concept.

I had the Platino lancero on a recommendation from my local B&M, and fell in love with them. I am expecting an Oro, and a few 50/50's in the mail by tomorrow, so we'll see how they compare to the Platino, but definitely a smoke I'd recommend!
