Taboo Cigars

Just wanted to let everyone here know what a stand up guy Rob is at Taboo Cigars. I've ordered from them a few times and I got a couple of bad sticks in my last order. Dropped them an email and they took them back and credited me back on the replacement order.
That's really is the norm for most places, but Rob went out of his way to get the replacement sticks out to me in 2 days and also gave me his cell # to make sure I could get back to him as his manager was on vacation and he was swapped!

It is good to hear of good customer service. Most places have had to cut back and it seams customer service suffers for it. I think customer service should be the last to be cut back on as this can kill a reputation quickly. Maybe I can try some of their smokes in th future.

Was out at the lake, hanging on the beach, it's an area where boater's converge to hang out/party in waist-deep water, nice sandy bottom instead of the usual mud/crud. Made some new friends, fired up some cigars, passed some out, etc. In talking with the new friends they mentioned Taboo cigars, said they buy from there quite a bit, they had alot of praise for the place and the cigars. It's right down the road from me...will have to stop by someday.

I was given a few Taboo churchills, I've been letting them sit in my humi for two or so months now. They are rather large cigars for my liking, but I figure one of these party evenings I will light one up. Good to know that there are solid people behind them, too. I don't know about you guys, but I refuse to buy cigars from people who fail to show an appreciation for their consumers.
