A Rochester Hills resident narrowly escaped when a mysterious parcel was delivered to his home. The resident, on opening the parcel, noted there were numerous cylindrical objects that appeared bundled together in a bag. On examination, the resident determined he could dispose of the mysterious sticks himself, in a controlled manner, possibly accompanied by alcoholic beverages to compliment the task.
Officials believe the parcel was sent by a member of a well organized and tightly knit group, known only as the BOTL. This group is known to promote goodwill and brotherhood, and thus will be closely monitored. More at 11.
