2. Not really. Does get a little in the drain plug area(that is plugged), just had to toss a dry bag of beads over top and check it once a week that it isn't getting "wet".
3. 76ish but gets near 80 during the day

Dang bro crank that a/c up a few degrees in help your smokes out...I let mine get like 72-74...right now my apt is like 68....makes me miss the ol' vino:angeryell

Yes, I have probably used it a half a dozen times. It has saved a couple sticks that were in bad shape and well worth saving!
