I had my first Tatuaje tonight, courtesy of Shuckins. :applause: Holy smokes, that beast had some attitude. I actually got a bit of a sweat going on about halfway through. Absolutely delicious, though.
About three draws in it dropped a bomb of pepper on me that really opened my eyes and had me grinning. It slowly mellowed on the spice until the second third, when I only picked up hints of spice. Then in the last third it's like the stogie suddenly remembered that it could smack me around and delivered another couple bursts of spice.
Otherwise, it was rolling deep in the leather while throwing off hints of mocha here and there. The burn was absolutely perfect all the way through, even as I was pinching it with fingertips to score a couple more draws off of the nub. I finally had to put it to rest, albeit very reluctantly. I can still taste it, and have a small buzz going as well. Awesome smoke, I highly recommend it to anyone who likes their cigars strong and flavorful. :smokingbo Thanks again, Shuckins!
