This offer was in the last catalog but due to snags it was never actually available and as such listed as "out of stock". After inquiries by numerous people an availability date around the 6th was given, hence "earlier than expected".

I always find it tough trying to compare one cigar to another since each has their own character. What I can do is tell you what the cigar is like or should I say was like since it's been a while since I smoked one.

Listed as a med-full I'd put it more on the full side. Excellent construction, had a minor burn issue with one that was easily fixed but the others smoked fine. Flawless reddish brown Corojo wrapper, oily texture, firm to the touch. Lots of smoke with a bit of spice in the beginning building up to nutty full bodied finish with more spice, ending with some pepper notes. I smoked a few of these 2 years ago and have been looking to get them in this size for a while but didn't want to spend the coin. Really solid cigar then at $8 ($5 w/36% tax), lowest I've seen the #5 in a B&M was $5 after tax, at a little more than $2 no tax per stick I figure I can't go wrong. Hope this helps.

Edit: Mind you the cigars that I smoked did not have a 7 year old aged corojo wrapper which I'm thinking will make this an even better smoke.
Thanks for the knowledge.

Probably because it was your first post and seemed more like an advertisement than a deal.

No idea, but I thought this looked like a really good deal to me. I was sorely tempted, but for once in my life I actually resisted. Perhaps, it was because you have to email someone to get it, rather than just a link to an online deal.

How would you describe them? I looked up some reviews just curious to see another opinion... Been buying a lot lately LOL...
Yeah, me too, which is why I can't spend the money either!

I'd describe them as a medium smoke, with lots of flavor. Very little to no spice, with just a tad coming in late. Lots of smoke!

It's definitely worth the money at that price!
