Last night my girlfriend and I saw both Extract and District 9.

District 9 was great. Go see it!

Extract was okay, certainly not as funny as The Hangover.

Finally found a copy of a childhood favorite, "The Creation of the Humanoids". The film lifts from Asimov and actually predates Dick’s "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep". Is it any good? Not really but it's so corny that I still enjoyed the Hell out of it.

Watched "Midnight Express", probably the only Oliver Stone movie I like, again last night. Stories about a young man named Billy from Babylon, Long Island that travels overseas and gets arrested for drug possession. While in prison all kinds of nasty things happen to him. Based on a true story. Hey wait a minute...
...Bill, Babylon, traveled overseas! Hey VirginIslander was that you?

Thought is was a very good movie, typical Guy Ritchie movie though.

Watched "Marley and Me", funny yet sad.

Just watched Zombieland. I thought it was hilarious. I've been watching the first two seasons of The Big Bang Theory. I know it's not a movie, but that is one of the funniest sitcoms in a long time.

I actually went to the theater to watch 9 today, but it's not playing here anymore.
