Interesting...If he ran into Tim (podman) on a working day and rated his cigar knowledge as "average", I'd say this guy has clearly lost his mind. If he ran into some of the other daytime help...yea, that rating may make sense.

The first time I ran into the guy doing the review was at the Illusione event with Dion. I think he updated the knowledge section in a comment after the review. That being said he also had some information that was clearly old. Nonetheless he did like our place and did recommend it. He should see our selection later this week when I open up 5 new cases of cigar singles.

Yea, I see that now...but how did it go from "average" to "they know their shit!" after the fact?

It's kind of like a printed retraction in the newspaper the day after the headline story runs....nobody sees it.

Great exposure though for the Leaf...

I live about 45 minutes from this place. I hear nothing but great things, though I haven't visited yet(I plan too soon). I have a buddy who lives in Plain Field, he wants to take me there. I'll be looking to stock up on some Illusione's while I'm there, too!

Awsome place, Jamal turned me on to Tats. The only B&M I go to around here, Bull and Bear in Naperville ~ doesnt compare.

Just wish I went there more!
