Here is a pic of it from the back and side. It's coming along but it has challenged my skills at many levels. Nothing I can't handle though. It'll have a floor in it and I'll be on to the inside over the next few days. Please enjoy.

How many labor hours have you invested in this beauty so far? Great lines- very classy- please keep us up to date!!!

Thanks for the wonderful compliments everyone.
The bending process is PRG (Plastic resin glue) lamination's on the rails and the panels. Done in a vacuum bag over a jig.
Here's a pic.

Here are the pieces that will become the rails for the cabinet and the doors. I do the bend as one piece then cut them up into the rails. This way I'm assured consistent bends from the top rail to the bottom rail and the doors are grain matched to the cabinet.

It is amazing the power of the vacuum bag. For those of you not familiar with the process, I pull down to -25psi. This creates aproximately 1500lbs per sq ft of clamping force on the piece inside the bag. It also pulls out any air in between the layers of wood which might cause any gaps. It's a really fun set up to build projects with. The rebound of the rails in this case was only about 1/8th of an inch.
