I just sold my last Tom Brady RC for $900. Just in time to purchase a box of Drac's and Boris, if I can find them. And then some Blacks later this year.

I sold my other Tom Brady cards to help pay for most of my wedding cruise so I don't feel any guilt splurging on cigars.

This is only the second one I've had and it definitely gets better with age.

that's pretty impressive, makes me want to go buy a bunch of rookie cards!
I was very lucky. Being a U of M fan I bought roughly 15 Tom Brady RC cards back in 2000 the most I paid was $14. I got out of the hobby because I collected players I liked but got sick of kids buying packs only looking for high priced cards rather than enjoying the hobby...well the price per pack was getting ridiculous as well.

I just collect memorabillia now. Being a huge Broncos fan I was fortunate enough to get Terrell Davis and John Elway to autograph an authentic helmet in person. Even got to show Elway my Denver logo tattoo with the roman numerals of the superbowls they won. And my prized framed Elway autographed authentic jersey.

Cigars and being married I don't really get anymore memorabillia but displaying the jersey and helmets looks better than a small piece of cardboard, lol.

I managed to get a couple from a botl in a trade and am smoking my last one. I too got on the tat bandwagon late as I missed the Frank and East coast Verocu.

I have come to the conclusion that while it would be nice to be able to try every release from Pete, I've realized that I will probably never be able to track down all the special releases and just to enjoy the cigars I can get my hands on. I've learned that most people, if not all, on this forum are willing to help out others when they can. The cigar community is great and I wished I had started smokings cigars a long time ago.

Great cigar for the celebration man. I've never had one personally, just a ton of regular Noellas. But I hear nothing but GREAT things.

Good luck on the Drac and Boris hunt as well, I hope all goes well.

$900.00! That's great!

I actually just my second Tatuaje Noella Reserve 2 days ago and absolutely loved it. I had my first one in may, right after they were made and wasn't blown away. but just a few more months on it made a big deal.

I actually just came across a 2006 Noella Reserve the other day and can't wait to smoke it. I don't know if I should hold on to it or smoke it soon!

What was up with the Snyder hiring Sherman Lewis without Zorn even knowing? You can keep Portis as Denver has Knowshon and Bailey, lol. I saw Bailey in person at St. Elmo's in Indianopolis a couple years ago. A friend and I were at the bar waiting for our table when Bailey and a couple other DB's came in to eat. We were in town for an Indy vs Denver game the last year of the RCA dome. Indy fans were great even when I was wearing my Elway jersey. Great town!!

If not, I'm sure I will find some other good cigars to purchase. I could go quantity over quality and invest in some philly blunts, lol.

Redskins have problems, is Zorn one of them? Portis is still a class act but our O line is doodoo. I always cheer for Bailey tho, one of the best in the league still.

Skins fan here! IMHO Zorn is the majority of the problem. Even though he is good I think we also need a new qb. The Skins have been having leadership issues for a while now.

Very nice! It's always good to have extra spending money for cigars! Well...it's better than spending money that you don't have on em! (that's what I do...bad habit!)

$900! That's inspirational. I've been thinking for a while about going through my baseball card albums from when I was a kid to see if I've got any gems in there. I think I had a Mark McGwire rookie in their somewhere but I don't know if that'd be worth anything. Now that I think about it I know I have a Marshall Faulk rookie somewhere too.

all the big guns from the steroid years have gone down in flames i think. mcguire, canseco, sosa, bonds. those rookie cards USED to be worth something.
